Response Times

We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day during regular office hours. During peak season (May through September), response times may extend to two business days due to high inquiry volume.

For time-sensitive matters regarding upcoming departures, please indicate the urgency in your subject line and we will prioritize your message accordingly.

Visit Our Office

Our Vancouver office serves as our administrative headquarters and booking center. While our expeditions depart from various locations across Canada depending on the tour, you are welcome to visit our office to discuss your adventure in person.

We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure a team member is available to meet with you. Walk-ins are welcome during office hours, though wait times may vary.

Booking and Payment

Ready to secure your spot on an upcoming expedition? You can submit a booking request through the forms on our Tours page. Our team will follow up with availability confirmation and payment instructions.

We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and for Canadian residents, Interac e-Transfer. Deposits are required to confirm bookings, with the balance due 30 days before departure.
