Tour Booking Terms

All tour bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by periwinkle-comet. Submission of an inquiry or booking request does not guarantee availability or constitute a confirmed reservation.

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your booking will be the price confirmed in writing by our team at the time of booking confirmation.

Participants in our tours must meet minimum fitness and health requirements as specified for each tour. periwinkle-comet reserves the right to refuse participation to any individual who, in the guide's judgment, may pose a risk to themselves or others.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by tour type and are communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made 60 or more days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Assumption of Risk

Outdoor activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our tours, you acknowledge that wilderness activities carry risks including but not limited to injury, illness, wildlife encounters, weather-related hazards, and equipment failure. Participants assume all risks associated with tour activities.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.

Modifications

periwinkle-comet may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Use.
